The staff here are absolutely amazing. They always provide the best customer service every single time I stop by. They answer all my questions with calm and patience. On top of being super friendly. If I could, I would give them 10 out 5 stars.

Fantastic customer service in the showroom. Went here to check out tiles for a bathroom remodel and Jenni was SO helpful and attentive to me and everyone who came in. Especially impressive since it was a busy day and it seemed like Jenni was the only one there at the time. We were able to get a couple samples on the spot and came out with some beautiful selections that I'm really excited about. A real win!

I was able to find tile and an aesthetic for my business thanks to Lesley. She was very helpful and Applied her expertise to the concept I wanted. United tile has amazing options, and even though I haven’t ordered the product I know I will go through Lesley to get my needs met. Thanks for the service and time.
