Mousa is an incredibly awesome person with fantastic knowledge of computers he was able to troubleshoot my computer and let me know that is totally out to lunch. You then I was able to take my hard drive out put it into one of his devices and sell me it for a very economical price this guy is incredible his business is fantastic

Great experience - we brought my son's laptop in to be evaluated for a loud fan. My husband could have fixed it himself but we couldn't find the part for sale anywhere. Mousa was able to source the part for us and give recommendations on which of several options to buy, without charging us for his time.
Be mindful of the shop hours (we showed up during lunch the first go round) but otherwise a great experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable owner. If we need future repairs this is where we'll go.

Mousa was amazingly reasonable and knowledgeable. Checked out my son’s laptop. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired. He checked it out thoroughly and did not charge anything for diagnostics!

New review from today 5/7/26. My laptop had a broken hinge and screen frame. Thought it was unfixable. Unitech was able to find the parts ordering direct from China. I had bought a new one to replace it and was taking it to them to transfers the data. He researched and was able to get the parts. Saved me lots of money!! I returned the new laptop just bought. So happy! Thank you!! Below is my prevous review for work done. Had a great experience with Unitech Laptop repair of Portland. I brought in my laptop having virus related issues, and I was needing advice on options of software. He was able to look at it immediately and remedy it. He also helped me with many setting changes and how to do. I will be using this service in the future.. Very informative and friendly.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for UniTech Laptop Repair for a few months now! I had such a great experience with the owner when my computer stopped working suddenly. I was worried I would end up having to spend lots of money getting it repaired, or buying a new computer entirely, but the owner fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and was so honest and reasonable. I will definitely return if I need tech repaired in the future!

Very simple- a genuinely nice person who wants to do a good job. My macbook air screen broke and I was able to get it replaced. Also, I did not need to go to the Apple store which is always a win.

Mousa was very friendly and easy to talk to. I thought my laptop was broken as it wasn't charging, so I brought it to UniTech for a free diagnostic. Mousa must have the magic touch though because it started charging as soon as he plugged it in, no issues. I will definitely be returning for any future fixes that I may need
