Gentle strength and balance is good for me. Leigh is a great teacher, but I also liked Bonnie as a substitute today. A bonus is getting to see Leigh’s dog and Bonnie’s foster cat.

I loved the ease of Verna Burden's way of leading the online yoga class. I felt met by her style of leading while at the same time being in the comfort of my home, the best of both worlds!!
