Jessica is amazing! I've had chronic neck/shoulder pain for years. I've tried everything to release tension and discomfort. Nothing really worked until I started working with her. She's amazing at explaining what could be happening in my body and the techniques she's doing in each session. She's so sweet and kind which is the cherry on top.
