My dad took me to Truax many years ago when I was a kid. He said boy, you always gotta get quality. Now that im older and am fixing up my house real nice, I went to Truax. My dad was right. As a General Contractor, I've used Truax on multiple occasions to build custom windows and doors. Most times their prices are lower than the big box stores. Their customer service is great, and they can typically get the order quickly. I highly recommend them for your home projects.

The last cold snap we had cracked the 17x34 window to our laundry room. A double pane slider that I can remove myself. I called many window and glass stores to see if I can bring it in and have the glass replaced. They said no, and they would have to send the guy out to evaluate. They were all over $300. Then by chance I was riding my bike and saw Truax. I went inside and asked the salesman if I could bring my window in for glass replacement. He said yes. He also explained, how it would have to be special ordered and that I would bring it in early in the morning to receive it in the afternoon. Well, it all went down just like that.
