Great front desk support and caring staff. The doctors always show extended care and really take time to evaluate and listen to my concerns, even on a busy weekend! I highly recommend this Animal Hospital.
I’ve consistently had wonderful experiences at Town & Country. I have found that they take my concerns about pet’s health seriously and always do their due diligence to understand their health and needs- even when I’ve been brushed off by other vets. I’ve also never once felt pressured into doing an unnecessary procedure, or indeed anything that was not in my pet’s best interest. The from the techs and the veterinary doctors are clearly motivated by a love for pets and a passion for their care. Town and Country staff were so kind when we brought in our 13 yo pup with worsening cancer symptoms to cross the rainbow bridge. The vet tech was amazing and so compassionate, understanding our grief, offering squeeze cheese for some end of life joy for our girl, clearly explaining the process - everything went as well as it could go. I hope to have Town & Country as our vet for many years.
