Matt, my expert technician, came out and helped get everything installed & running correctly. He explained how everything worked and made minor adjustments until all the components were synched up and running the way they are supposed to. I would highly recommend them! They gave me a reasonable quote and were able to get a new furnace and AC in the following week—even helped with financing. Hayden and Aden (might be Adrian) spent two days putting it in. I was working nights/sleeping days. They were quiet, polite, and hard working (not easy to get that AC where it needed to go). They explained the new system and answered all my questions. They cleaned up their work area. Heat works amazing. I’ve only tried the AC on two days briefly due to cooler weather but also seems to be working very well.

Jesse and his guys are incredible! Brad came out to clean my existing mini split, as well as give an estimate for installing a second one upstairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional- and the cleaning was only $149! It cost me more than double that when I used a different company. Maybe a week or two later, Jesse brought some guys out and installed the second one. He did it in half the time I was told it would take, and I’m so happy with the results. Every single person I interacted with excelled in customer service. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, they’re stuck with me as a customer forever. Three Rivers is the best!
