Elaine is an awesome tattoo artist. She worked with me to design a really meaningful tattoo that honored my sister's memory. I was impressed by her attention to detail. Adding just enough shading and color to make the hot air balloon really pop. 10/10 would recommend and will be traveling back to see her for more soon.
