“I worked with Dr. Ryan Gloeckner for some upper back/neck pain I had been dealing with for weeks that would not get better with rest. He immediately found the issue and came up with a plan for how to relieve my pain including appointments and things to do on my own. He estimated 2-3 weeks until I would be back to my normal activities and in a week things were already feeling better. He also helped me come up with a plan to strengthen my neck & back moving forward as well so I won't have any more issues going forward! Teala was also super friendly and helpful with scheduling and helping me with my insurance questions. Can't recommend them enough!“

“I visited Sanatan Golden because of a swollen knee issue due to playing basketball. During treatment he taught me so much about my body, how to help it recover faster after a night hooping, how to properly workout to alleviate my lower back and hip tightness, and proper ways to jump and land. Our treatment moved to my neck and shoulders after I was in a car accident. He gave me a plethora of exercises that not only improved my neck and shoulder mobility and alleviated pain but he taught me breathing techniques that have been a game changer for alleviating my anxiety and increasing my endurance. 6 months before meeting Sanatan I had what felt like a nervous breakdown due to stress from losing my father and work, which lead to me having severe social anxiety that hindered my life in every aspect. “I’ve been a mouth-breather since I was a child- I’ve broken my nose a few times over the years and had multiple surgeries. By the time I was an adult I was snoring so bad at night that my throat was sore every morning! I was tired all the time and even had a fender bump with a car sitting in traffic because I dozed-?! My doctor was concerned about the oxygen levels in my blood and my apparent lack of sleep.
