At the end of each cut, Shane includes a neck shave and a steaming warm towel. Complimentary beer, sparkling water or a whiskey shot is another added amenity also, the socializing comes free!

Purchased some wax melts at a pop up shop they did in front of Tough Luck and absolutely love the scent. Had no idea they were a barbershop too! Now I know what to gift my partner!

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to pick up a little something for my husband, who rocks a pretty sweet mustache. I stopped by this barber shop to see if they had any mustache wax. The barber didn’t sell any, but he went above and beyond by giving me a brand-new container of what he personally uses! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. It's rare to meet people like that, and it left such a positive impression. What a great guy! If I lived here, this would definitely be my husband's go-to barber! Highly recommend!
