Requested style: Matthew has a great shop and he's very personable. He doing a large Jelly Fish on my back. He's a amazing Tattooist. I've always been tattooed by my brother. But he retired and was referred to Matthew. He he has a light hand and before you know it your done. He's great at understanding what you want in a design.

I finally got my first Portland tattoo! And this Little Tattoo Shop was a great find! The artist (Matthew) has a great eye .... From the Victorian interior to his tattoo work... Thank you Matthew. I have had several tattoos over the years (in California) and I was so looking forward to the pain-free Oregon tattoo experience. Sadly, there is still pain involved, but Matthew's stories/conversation was a perfect feature. I'm looking forward to more ink in the near future.
