I travel often and make it a habit to visit local MMA gyms. Quest Team was one of the most welcoming gyms I've been to and Coach Matt and his family - provided me great care and attention despite the fact I'm new and just visiting and I also got to witness just why he is a world class coach.

As a Jiu Jitsu student I realized my takedown game needed improvement. I had studied Greco Roman wrestling many years ago and wanted to incorporate some of those techniques into my game. I did my research and found that Coach Matt Lindland was the best in the country. His resume spoke volumes. I watched his YouTube videos and decided to contact him. My kid is enrolled here and I couldn't be happier! They really have a desire to see all these kids learning this sport and self defense and it shows. Matt and all the coaches work with each student one on one and as a group. They start day 1 learning techniques and many techniques follow. It's pretty obvious that the coaches here teach at every level so if you're just getting started or want to perfect your style I would 100% recommend.
