I got a treatment done here a few weeks ago and I wanted to wait to see if anything changed but it hasn’t. They promise to straighten your curls or in the very least reduce frizz and make your hair glossier. My hair has not changed at all besides it now gets significantly more greasy. My curls are the exact same from the top of my head to the bottom, my hair is extremely frizzy and I have noticed no difference in the color/shine of my hair besides losing color. She tried to claim my hair health was an issue but I’ve gotten my hair reviewed by multiple stylist and has been told I have extended healthy hair. I have dyed my using salon grade dye twice in my life and she tried to claim that I was box dying my hair and it was damaging. She also claimed I had heat damage when I’ve been straightening my hair maybe twice a month for 1-2 years. Absolutely awful treatment and awful service and no empathy for their promised service not working at all. Would not come back and I will be contacting my bank.

I had a great experience with Lizz. I came in because my hair is curly, frizzy, and difficult to deal with. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable. We started off with a good chat and then I opted to watch a show while the blow dry and style happened. I am obsessed with the immediate results and am hopeful that it’ll improve my styling time.

This was my first time a Tame and Glossy and I had such an amazing experience! So far the results are exactly was I was looking for (I have super curly long hair and want pin straight hair), since this is my first treatment, I may not truly get the post-wash results I want until after a few more treatments for the keratin to build up. I’ll definitely be coming back to Tame and Glossy for more! Lizz was amazing!
