Whatever girl works there Tried to Overcharge for literally a small arrow. Didn’t show me their work wasn’t very friendly. No greetings no smiles. Felt so uncomfortable didn’t even get the tattoo. Prejudice for sure. Would not recommend to any woman or man of color.

I worked with Brittany on a tattoo for my recently deceased and beloved dog, and it was a really wonderful experience. She was totally nonjudgmental about how simple the design I wanted was, and what she came up with was even better than I had imagined. I would definitely come back for any future tattoos!

I got my very first tattoo here, done by Josh, and it was a great experience and I'm super happy with it! He was very patient and answered all my questions and didnt have a problem adjusting the design last minute. The shop itself is really nice also, cozy with a lot too look at. I would definitely go back 😁

Spent a long time trying to find the right artist for this particular tattoo. Josh was fantastic and turned my amateur mock-up into precisely what I wanted. Regularly checked in throughout to ask how I was doing and took time to make sure every little detail was perfect even beyond what I had hoped for. My mom wasn’t a big fan of this tattoo idea, but when I showed her she said, “Wait, it’s beautiful! I can’t believe I love it.” They should advertise with, “Tattoos even your mom will like!”

I sent in pictures of two ideas and Brittany merged them and the final idea came out so much better than I had imagined and the color is great!!! I’m thrilled with my tattoo and will certainly be back again!

I walked into Sweet Heart on a whim and got good vibes immediately, went back a week later and got a tattoo that had been floating in my head for years. Josh drew adjustments on the spot and was very accommodating and reassuring. The commitment to giving a tattoo that you want made the difference. Highly recommend- great experience!
