You can adjust the level you need. She's able to work on any kinks and knots. This is one of the best value for the price in Portland. Please note that it is next to a dog training school so you will hear some barking.

This place is amazing. She does such a great job working on my tight muscles. I've gotten just the foot massage (which includes shoulders and back as well) as well as the back massage and they're both incredibly effective. Highly recommend!
