We took our daughter here for a trial class today, and it was fantastic! Master Lee was great with the kids. He kept them engaged with fun activities while also implementing proper form and values. He made us all feel welcome, and we decided this was the right place for our daughter.

Sunrise TaeKwonDo changed my 9-year old son's life. His confidence has increased dramatically because of Master Lee's attention and guidance. It used to be that my son had a hard time being friends with other boys because he felt easily intimidated by any overly physical or aggressive energy. 15 months later, he's built new friendships with the very boys he used to shy away from. I have been going to this place since I was 6 years old and I am 18 now. I have learned so much here and it wasn’t just Taekwondo I learned but also very valuable life lessons. I have built such a close relationship with everybody there that we are basically family. It is so fun and is such a great workout to stay healthy.
