I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. After Hurricane Milton, our home suffered severe roof damage that left two rooms flooded. To make matters worse, our insurance company dropped us, and we were left feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn.
That’s when we met Mr. Johan and his team at Sunnyside roofing. From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and truly cared about helping us. He took the time to explain everything, guided us through the process, and made sure we understood our options. The work was completed quickly, with great attention to detail, and our roof looks better than ever.
Abraham completed an estimate on Friday (which included photos of the problem areas) and our job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Carmelo arrived on time, assessed the damage and went straight to work on our roof repair. He worked from 8:00-4:30 to complete our job in one day. It was 97 degrees today and he did a great job in spite of working all day in the heat! Our tile roof looks great and the clean up was perfect. Sunnyside Roofing has a amazing crew of professional, communicative employees. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on our roof should the need arise in the future.
