I can't recommend Simi enough. We have now used him for over 4 years and I have recommended him to many friends. Simi has always taken the time to make sure the job is done right and just spend a couple hours at our house redoing work on a heat pump that wasn't done the right way during install. Simi is easily one of the best contractors we have ever worked with.

I highly recommend this business. Very knowledgeable and honest technician. The first time we called our A/C had quit. Simi replaced the capacitor and we were back in business. We then hired him to tuneup our furnace and install a new thermostat. As part of the tuneup service he replaced the capacitor in the furnace and installed the new smart thermostat I had purchased online. He also informed me I had installed the air filter upside down and explained how often to replace it. He really knows his stuff and now has a customer for life. Call him first.

Simi showed up for me during the heatwave even though it was the weekend and he’d already had a full day. He was very informative and ethical. He really knew what he was doing and was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely call Sunnyside again!
