We had the awesome technician Travis come out and do a maintenance service on our ancient ac unit! He was so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I felt comfortable with him in and around my home with my children. It was so nice to hear him speak so positively about the company and the great things the company does for its employees too!
As a former HVAC technician myself, I know how rare it is to find a company that gets the balance right between affordability and knowledge. Sunglow Heating and Cooling did exactly that. I called them about a system I wasn't familiar with, and they took the time to walk me through exactly what was needed to fix the problem, without overcharging or overselling.
Too many companies sacrifice one for the other—either they're cheap but don't really know what they're doing, or they know their stuff but charge a premium for it. Sunglow gave me expert-level service at a fair price, and their honesty stood out just as much as their skill.

I recently began working with Sun Glow on some extensive HVAC repairs on a VRF system. Sun Glow has been prompt in responding, prompt to schedule and very thorough in their communications. Their pricing is reasonable and everyone I've worked with so far including Max, Leon, LaShaun and Keri have been absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Sun Glow for all your HVAC needs.
