Steve had helped successfully helped my wife with a couple of PC issues so I thought I would ask for assistance with a new RAID drive. He was knowledgeable and had the unit up and running in no time, with a full backup to the drive underway. The install completed and is fully operational. I lost my WiFi connection to my printer and garage door opener. Steve returned my call the next day and scheduled an appointment for only 2 days out!!! I’ve never had such prompt computer service.
