Alan was the magician who recovered my email contacts and calendar events that had simply disappeared. The turnaround was just 2 days. I believe he enjoyed the challenge and I'm so happy to know 1201 has my back!

Dropped off my computer for battery issues just before the big snowstorm was gonna hit. An hour later, I got a text back saying they solved the issue, and I picked my computer up. The issue is fixed, and they took the proper care to actually get it right. I had it repaired under warranty for the same issue before, and it turned out when I went back to pick it up, I was told they did a really bad job connecting the battery and some parts weren't even properly connected. Now that's fixed. Eddie helped me out, and he was super friendly and helpful. Gave me several options on how to proceed with the issue, and it was real easy. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Especially EDDIE who went above and beyond to address my computer issues. I would recommend this business to anyone just simply based off how nice and approachable the staff is. Let alone clearly they are professional experts--my computer is running better than I could have ever imagined!
