Charlie was very thorough in his inspection of our home. He found items that we were able to negotiate with the seller that would have cost us a lot of money if not found during inspection. He was professional, on time, kept his promises on delivery, and came back out for a reinspection after repairs were made. His report was detailed and had good communication before and after the inspection.
Charles was very personable. He took his time and did a thorough job on my home. It was a huge job, he had his work cut out on this built in 1887 3,000 square foot home. I appreciate his hard work and easy to read report
