I was a first time homeowner with some basement problems and no knowledge about the subject. Space Down Under patiently explained the pertinent details for me and pointed me in the right direction. I worked in the trades previously and really appreciate the owners candor and straightforward demeanor. If you've got a vision for doing something really cool with your property I'd give this outfit a call, the owner is a renaissance man and good people.

Space Down Under did a project for me prior to covid. I had forgotten to leave a review until I drove by one of their job sites so here I am. Working with Space Down Under was quite interesting. It was fun. It was challenging and while it was not cheap and it took a bit longer than expected the process was smooth and transparent but most important of all is the fact that my house spent a few months sitting on steel beams and jenga blocks while the old foundation was taken out, tons of dirt excavated and then a new concrete solid foundation was poured. I have zero regrets about this investment and I sleep like a baby at night knowing my home now has a finished basement...read full review
