GREAT!! from the first idea to the installation, all perfect! It's a treat to have a real interior designer to come into your house and advise you on the best solution for window treatments. Julie was fabulous - she studied each 100-year-old window carefully and came up with lots of ideas. I love that there was no hard sale and that she joined me in thinking that for some windows, we'll try some solutions and see how they go, and proceed from there. The installer Kole was thorough and patient, showed me how to use my shades and made clear their great follow through. Window coverings are top notch. Service was outstanding from the sales rep to the installer. Blinds were delivered ahead of schedule. Installer was right on time, courteous and professional. Both people from Skyline said that they really like working there and were well treated by the company. It's that, that insures great work from the people you hire into your home. Highly recommended!
We had a minor problem with one of our Hunter Douglas blinds two years after our original install. James and the Skyline team fixed the issue timely. Went above and beyond to make things right. Great customer service!
