Darcy was easy to work with; we had been to another company and felt all they wanted was to upsell. Darcy listened, was patient and offered many options and we are thrilled with the results. Kole and James offered timely and professional installation and walked us through our new coverings (28!) before cleaning up and exiting. A satisfying process, beginning to end!
Natasha was an excellent guide through the consultation and order process, and James did a fantastic job with our install.Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and paid careful attention to details. They made sure all our needs were met, took time to educate us on proper use and care of our shades, and provided contact info in case we had any problems.
