I would not recommend Sir Auto Glass. They installed a defective driver-side window on my vehicle 9/15/2025. The window doesn’t fit properly, sticks up when rolled all the way down, has a rough edge, and the finish is distorted. When I reached out to have the issue corrected, they stopped returning my calls and avoided addressing the problem. Will be taking further action.
Looking back, I should have known better when they didn’t show up for the initial appointment Friday and failed to communicate until the end of the day I received a call from Shawn that the glass arrived broken. Sir Auto Glass did a great job replacing the windshield on my Kia. Everyone was nice, efficient, and quick to help. They also got the insurance company on the phone with me and helped give them all the info they needed. The tech installed a new windshield at my home in about an hour, and was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!
Five stars very well earned! They were so fast in getting my vehicle on their schedule, Shawn helped me a ton when it came to dealing with insurance, and when the day came for the replacement, they came all the way to my home in Washington and Cody L did an absolutely FLAWLESS job on our Outback. I’ve dealt with plenty of glass shops in the past but this one will get my business every time from here on out. Couldn’t recommend more strongly!
