I really liked how dr Freese explained what my daughters wrists issue has on MRI pictures and explained it clearly but i dont remeber now exact words... But the only reason I gave 3 star is because I just wished Dr made time to look at my daughter's wrist pictures MRI,XRAY,ULTRA SOUND way before we showed up. Because then we wouldnt have to show up! Because we need to go to OHSU orthopidics oncology. That's where we gotten reffered... We dont have insurance and we don't even know how much we have to pay or even if we have to pay! We filled out the paper work 2 weeks before the app.. and we still didn't have info how much we would own when we got there. We had to wait...read full review
Wonderful staff, wonderful experience when dealing with a not so wonderful situation and a nervous child. They helped my child feel safe and taken care of, it is now a place my children want to visit with people that left long lasting impressions on them that also remember them.
I went here a couple of weeks ago with my niece to the fracture clinic. She had to have her cast removed and some X-rays done. She was feeling very nervous about having her cast taken off, but nurse Ashley had her laughing the entire time? What a great experience! The staff here goes above and beyond, and it is appreciated.
