Loved tonya sad that she moved. As there's no bad reviews here I just wanted to share my experience... John Lee completely made me feel gross. I hadn't had a haircut in over a year because I was afraid to get a bad cut. He almost seemed upset I didn't go in for a whole year. He cut my hair and honestly its super choppy. Glad he did keep the length like I asked though. The way he dyed my hair was just so tacky. He missed several spots on my roots and the highlights were not so good. My entire experience at Shape was great! I was received very warmly by the receptionist (who also had her tiny dog with her!) who was very nice and helpful. And then Emily gave me a great cut and took the necessary time to make sure I was satisfied with it. I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you so much.

New to town, I had no idea where to get a somewhat hip and quality haircut. The reviews on google and yelp for Shape were excellent. I had John cut my hair. He was patient, listened and wielded his instruments like an artist. The space was clean, and they followed covid protocols perfectly. Really happy with my haircut, and can't wait to go back!
