I want to share that Doug Stoker from SFW has been extremely responsive and helpful in receiving a budgetary number that can be referenced for home transaction negotiation. Where other contractors have failed to provide an estimate after given 4 business days, Doug turned it around for us within an hour and broken down the scope of work to make it easy to understand what it would take to repair the deck and awning that is properly built.

The SFW Construction team handled our roof emergency in Beaverton with great urgency and stopped an active leak quickly. TJ and his crew were excellent to work with. Unfortunately the damage turned out to be more extensive than expected and required some complex structural repairs to the rafters, but they clearly had the experience and skill needed to handle it properly.
They communicated well, worked efficiently, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would strongly recommend SFW Construction for roof repair and structural work.
