I removed an old deck that had been attached to the house, revealing damaged siding and sheathing. Timeline wasn't super important, so SFW worked with me on a flexible schedule to get the work done during gaps in their schedule. I think that strategy accelerated the repair timeline by a month! The scope was relatively small, so the T&M rate quoted (and subsequent project duration) felt appropriate.

SFW came out and handled the dry rot and water damage at our garage man door. They identified what was causing the moisture to reach the framing, repaired everything that was affected, and left the area clean and solid. Glad we got it taken care of. SFW were professional, in great communication throughout the project with me and did excellent work! I highly recommend their services!
