Service Now Heating & Cooling is a great company with knowledgeable and efficient people. They provided fast service when a leak was discovered in a heating system, making temporary repairs and returning to complete a full fix a few days later. The team, including Kurt, Frank, Kyle, and Andy, received high praise for their work installing a new furnace and checking all components, including the thermostat and heat pump. Service Now Heating & Cooling is commended for their expertise, customer service, and reasonable prices. They have earned a customer for life due to their willingness to help, even with older heating systems. Their ability to explain issues and show customers how to read error codes is also appreciated. Service provided includes heating system repair.
I’ve used the professional services of Service Now for years. They’ve maintained my HVAC system and were the ones who installed our air-conditioning unit. Last week, we wanted them to come out and do a Spring maintenance check for both the air conditioning and full HVAC system. Matt was here, not only on time, but went through with me exactly what he was doing and was even able to re-couple of some wires that came loose on the condenser unit for us to ensure it functioned throughout the summer. As always with their past employees, he was polite, professional, informative, and again, prompt regarding his arrival time. We will call them again, when needed. Good job.

Great company and people too. Had a leak in my system. They weren't able to do a full fix that day but got me running back to normal right then, then came back two days later to do full repair. Way faster than I was expecting.
Service Now is the best heating and cooling company I've ever hired. Kurt, Frank, Kyle, and Andy were all terrific. I called Kurt, the general manager, on the morning of 4-10-2023, informing him that my furnace had failed. Frank arrived an hour later to take a look. The next morning, Kyle and Andy brought in and installed a new furnace. The following morning, Frank returned to double-check everything, including my thermostat and heat pump. Wow, five stars!
