I took two back to back classes yesterday. I recommend the Burn 45 followed by a Power Flow. I really really loved the sequences. The instructors warmed us to prevent injury, but then brought it into a really fun challenging practice with different levels of variation available based on your personal comfortability with it. Everyone was very nice! Studio was clean and beautiful, with showers!

Tami Apland teaches deep strech on Sunday afternoons. I've never enjoyed a yoga class as much as I've enjoyed this class. This class is Incredibly relaxing and my body feels like I received a massage after the class is over. My injured leg is gaining mobility and I'm thankful for a class that is gentle on my knees but thorough on my whole body. My only hope for change would be that this class was available 2x a week.

My first couple of drop ins have been wonderful. Rachel and Jess are so welcoming. The community that practices here is also very friendly and welcoming. Love the music. Love the heated room. Love incorporating weights and blocks. Love the energy. Love that I found my place to practice. I'm looking forward to trying other class offerings.
