I’ve been going to Jazz for my hair since I first moved to Portland, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Jazz and everyone there have been incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. I have never once felt uncomfortable or out of place, and the atmosphere always feels warm and inviting.
Communication with Jazz has also been exceptional. Everything is always communicated clearly, expectations are set upfront, and I always feel comfortable asking questions or discussing exactly what I want with my hair. That level of clarity and consistency is something I really appreciate.

Finding a stylist you can trust completely is rare, but Bri has been taking care of my hair for over two years and always exceeds expectations. She is professional, detail-oriented, and amazing at what she does. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her!
