Roseway Veterinary Hospital is dedicated to providing excellent care for its patients, considered as part of the family by the staff. They offer a wide range of services, from routine check-ups to end-of-life care. The hospital's front desk team is exceptionally helpful and creates a friendly and positive atmosphere. The office is eco-conscious, using reusable forms for new pet client status. Roseway Veterinary Hospital is considered one of the best veterinary offices in the city. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are always ready to explain what's going on, and work with clients to find the best way to keep pets happy. The parking lot is very small and sometimes full.
Friendly staff who were easy to work with and didn't way their fingers at me for not taking my cat in more often.
All four of my cats receive care here. Usually, they're very quick about getting cats into exam rooms since it is a waiting room shared with dogs but once we did wait in the general waiting room for 5+ minutes. The parking lot is very small and sometimes full.
We love Roseway Vet Clinic. They took care of our first good boy, Tatami, and are now helping to keep our cat Mochi and our puppy Blue healthy. I appreciate their dedication to customer service and creativity even when they are low on staff. They offered to text to share information and schedule appointments when they didn’t have capacity to handle calls and emails. We only go to other vets for urgent and emergency care needs.
