Saturday 9/30 Since we were in the area, my husband decided to get a haircut. They were supposed to open at 9:00AM and didn't arrive until 10:00AM, unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. It's so unprofessional to make your clients wait. They should not advertise a certain opening time if they won't make it in time. It seems like they don't care about other's people time.

I went for a wash, dry and shampoo. She massaged my scalp as if she was trying to pull my hair. By the time we were done my back was wet, water gushed down my back on to my clothes. Flat ironing took about 15 mins on my mid length thick hair. I came home to discover that only the top of my hair was ironed, the layers underneath were wavy. I should have known, went once before, same service and work.
