Wonderful experience! I dropped off a brand new pair of Uggs that had butter spilled on them. I thought there was no fixing this disaster. He did a wonderful job getting the stains out of them! Also had him refurbish a pair of Docs! Both pairs are in wonderful shape now! So kind, friendly & FAST! Thanks & I will be back
