I went to Robot Tattoo for my first cartilage piercings this week. They were amazing. I am always intimidated by tattoo or piercing studios and the people at Robot were professional, friendly and 100% welcoming. I was immediately greeted and helped at the counter and the whole process was very easy. I quickly selected my jewelry (didn't feel pressured or upsold at all) and then the piercing was done before I even knew it! Overall very pleased and will be back for the rest of my ear curation.

I got my ears done here a little while ago and so far it’s been amazing! It was very clean, professional, and the atmosphere was great. I was given all the knowledge and tools to take care of my ears and there hasn’t been any sort of pain or anything during the healing process.

I go here for all my piercings and tattoos. Jo and Tracy are great piercers and May is super nice and helpful in picking out jewelry. Rene and Gene amazing artists. Very happy with them. Highly recommend.
