Had a great experience working with Restoration 1 of Portland. They handled our water leak in the basement with exceptional service and professionalism. They answered all of my questions, provided guidance, and thoroughly cleaned the area. They even explained the products they used to me. I sincerely appreciate the excellent level of service they provided.
Restoration 1 of Portland has the above and beyond customer service that everyone wants! They worked on our office carpet and we were more than happy with them! We would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.
This company has been great with all the damage restoration services. We had a fairly serious water damage problem this past week. Restoration 1 of Portland had a team over to my house within an hour of hanging up. They were fast, easy to work with and made the insurance company get on the same page. For water removal, extraction and restoration service, this is the best option in Portland!
