One customer had an urgent need for rug repair after a mishap that caused a cut on a Tibetan rug. They were impressed by the quick and flawless repair done by Renaissance Rug Cleaning Inc while they waited, as well as the affordable price. The customer also noted the impressive rug cleaning facility and recommended the company to clients.
Another customer had a wool area rug that was damaged after an accident and an inappropriate cleaning attempt by a family member. They were amazed by the result of the professional cleaning done by Renaissance, which made the rug look and smell like new, and even softer than before.
A third customer praised the excellent craftsmanship, creativity, and pricing of the company in repairing and cleaning two family heirlooms, a braided wool rug and a hand-loomed wool rug. They described the experience as a pleasure.
Renaissance Rug Cleaning is hands down THE BEST rug cleaner I have ever experienced. I have used rug cleaners over the decades of my life from east to west coast and I didn't know how good my rugs could look until they were cleaned by Renaissance. Truly superior. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
5 stars across the board! Communication throughout the cleaning and delivery process was clear. Anders and Dirk delivered my rug right on time. They helped me layout the pad and center the rug in my little apartment. I would recommend them for any rugs you care about.
The rug they cleaned was my Grandmother’s, bought sometime in the late 80s/early 90s and 10 x 12 ft. It came from my parents, they’re a shoes on household with two dogs. Renaissance transformed this rug and took fantastic care of it, it looks and feels brand new. There was a pesky red stain we’d been covering with furniture for years, I could not find a single trace of it.
Thank you guys so much!!
Renaissance Rug Cleaning recently cleaned two of my beautiful rugs that had been damaged by an Airbnb guest (dog urine and chemical, heavily fragranced deodorizer). The smells were so pungent that they could not be kept inside the house. They successfully got out both smells - the chemical deodorizer being the more difficult of the two. They went above and beyond, taking extra time to work on the deodorizer and both rugs are back inside the unit. Additionally, to support my Airbnb damages claim, they provided an email describing the extent of the cleaning and damages to these rugs. Very appreciate this business!!
