I had multiple large beautiful rugs that needed cleaning and the staff here made the process very easy for me. They unloaded the rugs directly from my car, and the appraisal process was quick. Tyler was very helpful and informative, and taught me in-depth about how the rugs were made and the projected outcome of the cleaning. I'm moving in 2 weeks and am excited to unveil the rugs in our new place.
I have an antique rug that I inherited from my grandmas that’s been beloved in my family for many years and needed a serious deep clean. Gallagher’s provided quick and friendly service at a great price. Kurt helped me throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend Gallaghers to anyone looking for low cost and high quality rug and carpet service!
I couldn't be happier with the fine service and results at Gallagher's. The wool rug with fine cream colored fibers came back alive after years of being neglected. My larger rug (a bit damaged in a flooded basement and waiting too long to bring it in) is also refreshed--I even had them cut a mat for it. I'll be bringing in more rugs with absolute confidence. Thank you all at Gallagher's!
