Jeff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were having to delay our RV trip because of electrical issues. We made an appointment (even when Jeff said he had no openings) for first thing the next morning but then he said “let me see if I can save you some money.” He talked me through a couple of quick fixes (which I told Him I’d already done). But this time his suggestions fixed my problem. He didn’t get any money from me, but I guarantee next time I need help, he’ll be the one I call
Needed 5th wheel inspection and fixes for anything found and had left messages at 5 different businesses without a single return call. I found Reeds and left a message which was promptly returned that same pm with appt scheduled for the following week. What a gem this young man is! very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and his work ethic cannot be topped. His initial quote for services was very reasonable and the final bill was a very pleasant surprise ( $250 less) due to his diligence in finding problem, fixing it, and moving along very quickly. I am very pleased with the workmanship, integrity, honesty and professionalism of Mr. Geoff Reed. Will recommend him to everyone and keep his info for my personal use also.
