I run a repair shop that is a direct competitor, but I felt like it was necessary to pop over and write a review reflecting the second-hand description I got of Radiant Tech Repair. I got a call earlier this week from a frequent customer of mine about how great the repair they had done at Radiant Tech Repair was. For whatever reason they weren't able to make it to my shop and I wasn't available to go on-site to do the repair. They literally called me just to tell me about it for ten minutes. I am very pleased with how they took care of me when my laptop came apart at the seams! Brant was communicative, transparent, and all around very pleasant to work alongside! I found their prices to be fair and their service to be prompt. I strongly recommend Radiant Repair!

I had recently bought a laptop that I could have sworn had 500 Gigs of space, but apparently it did not and had about half that. So I needed an upgrade. With one call in with Brent, we had a time for me to drop it off for them to figure out what Hard drive they needed and he had a TB one ordered that day. 2 days later the new one was in and I had enough more space than I'd need. It was fairly priced and only charged me for labor and the HD. Will definitely be back if I need any work done!
