    I’m going to say for the record the guy was really nice and was honestly just trying to help as best though I wish the review could be based on his customer service.I brought in my pc to instal a new mother board and was like great I was told it be one week. A week passed and I heard nothing I called he said he was running logistics on it should be ready at the end of the day still nothing. Roughly after the second week I came in and asked how much longer and he told me it be ready by the end of the day okay great. I came in and he taken the parts out of my pc and placed them in another pc. It was fustrating because I don’t think diagnostics were happening or anything.... read full review

    I'm not sure how these guys have gotten such good reviews so far. My computer is freezing up every minute or so, so I decided to bring it in to Radient Tech Repair. I paid $100 for the repair. He had it for over a month and never called me to pick it up. I called a few times and it wasn't ready yet. Finally, I picked it up. I took it home and immediately it started to freeze again. I brought it back since it was still covered under warranty. Again, it was there for at least 3 weeks, and again no calls telling me it was finished. I had to call in and check.     The worker was very nice, but when I brought in my computer, they took two times as long as they said it would take, didn't even fix it (which turned out just to be an issue with the AIO, which is infuriating that they didn't even try to use a different, even stock air cooler to test it), and STILL CHARGED 100 DOLLARS. I'm not upset at the fact they couldn't fix it, but I am upset that they took so long and just did what I did over again, even after I told the worker exactly what I had already done. Choose a different repair shop, or if your computer is overheating, at least try replacing your cooler before you bring it here, because I guess testing... read full review
