Ive been going to Rio for tattoos for the last 7 years. Rio dedicates so much time and care discussing your tattoo ideas to ensure you leave happy with a wonderful piece of art. Her new studio is also incredible that provides a warm and cozy atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough.
