Water heater died right before Christmas, Pyramid Heating and Cooling responded same day and patched a fix pending arrival of parts. Hot water is flowing! Technician was professional and competent and saved the day. Gotta say experience was typical of work we’ve had done by Pyramid over the years!

My furnace stopped working in August and I hesitated to call for service because I knew they would charge me for a service call just to tell me my furnace was old and I would need a new one. My neighbor told me about Ryan at Pyramid Heating and Cooling. Ryan came over to take a look. He said he thought it could be fixed. Within an hour Desiree called to make an appointment to have someone come out. Kevin came over and took it apart to find I needed a new motor. They had to special order it, but only took about a week. Then Kevin came out again to replace the motor. Kevin also took his time to change the schedule on my thermostat. Deon was very through explained everything to me every step of the way very personable and was Jonny on the spot he also hooked me up with sales department to get my retail space taken care of it was a pleasure to work with him Thank you so much
