I been visit Providence Sunset for more than a year and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sun and NP Jonathan. They were incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and providing excellent advice and guidance. Their patient-centered approach made me feel comfortable discussing my health issues, and they promptly referred me to the right specialist for my skin problem. The level of comprehensive care I received was exceptional, and I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking compassionate and thorough medical attention. It seems like Google has been deleting my reviews. I will continue to post here and warn you that this clinic will bill you until you go broke. $699.00 for less than an hour of consultation I requested for college housing accommodation support is ridiculous. They never gave me a quote before the appointment. I'm a college student without a full-time job and they took more than my monthly income. They are a for-profit organization that fails to take care of patients who seek help.

It’s hit or miss if you can get an appointment here within a reasonable time frame. The mychart times for a reply back from your doctor here were upwards of 3 weeks at one point, and I’m still having issues updating my doctors because they don’t view their mychart messages here. What is the point of being told to update your doctor via mychart if they take weeks to see it? Some issues need to be sorted out quickly.

Good luck getting an appointment here if you're a new patient.I booked an appointment back in September, and the earliest availability they had was MARCH. I'm now trying to reschedule it due to a new job, but nobody answers the phone, and Providence MyChart only allows me to cancel the appointment and reschedule.By the time I actually reach somebody, it'll probably be another 6 months out to book an appointment.

I have never had any trouble getting an appointment at this location. Dr. Chong is my PCP at this office and he is hands down the best Dr I have ever had in my adult life! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the care team is kind and listens well. I don’t love that it’s Providence but I love my Dr! Thanks, Dr. Chong! ?

Difficult to get prescription refilled. Doctor never allows refills, has to be contacted each time. Long wait on phone to get to ask for refills. Really a hassle.

I Contacted the office because I needed to be seen but I was so Disappointed with the fact that my pcp (and all the Dr.) at this office were booked for next 2 months. Not even a chance to be seen virtually. Surprisingly the office doesn’t hold any spot for pt who needs to be seen same day. So, if you have any problems needing your pcp consult don’t even bother calling them, they are book for next 2-3 months. You will be told to go to a Urgent care instead. Whats the point of having a PCP if you are can’t see then when you are ill ? Something needs to be done to fix this.

I am surprised at the other reviews here. I have had the best doctor experiences with Dr. Megan Mudrick and Johnathan Fordyce here. They take their time, they are analytical and thorough, they listen super well, and followup. If I email a question through my chart, I have an answer back incredibly fast. They are great at getting me in to be seen and prompt once I am there. They have worked with me on both chronic things, injuries, and general wellness, including helping me reduce prescription charges and get referrals for tests and surgeries. In one case, another doctor I had been referred to at the Oregon Clinic got test results that could have indicated a really serious health concern but wasn't following up promptly and after too much time was going by, Dr. Mudrick stepped in, ordered a followup test and we were able to rule things out. In another case, one of the DOs helped with a chiropractic adjustment on the spot when Dr. Mudrick suggested that as the next step. The front desk staff is always respectful and kind and the back of office in terms of dealing with refills and questions is great. I totally recommend Dr. Mudrick and her team.
