Dr Ban continues to be an excellent and kind physician, despite Providence obviously forcing medical staff to work harder by seeing a lot of patients in shorter periods of time. They work harder and more hours than the business administrators I am sure.
Staff was polite and courteous.
They were also very helpful.
Dr. Pham is genuinely concerned with the patients wellbeing.
The physician assistant, Morgan Cunningham, was also helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. They made a doctor’s appointment better than tolerable. Felt like a patient that was concerned for, not just a number. Thank you!
