Providence Medical Group - Cedar Mill provides a great and wonderful experience for patients. The staff is helpful, responsive, respectful, nice, polite, professional, and kind. Check-in is easy and quick. The nurses and medical assistants are a delight, friendly, and take their time. Doctors are professional, see patients promptly, and take time to develop reasonable care plans. While getting a new appointment can take a while, the overall experience is consistently pleasant.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Doshi for a few years now and she’s been great. Never have had any issues with the front desk staff- they have always been helpful. That being said I am a healthy young adult with no serious health issues.
The doctors in the clinic are great! The front desk staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I've had multiple issues with scheduling, insurance and rescheduling of appointments without notice. Specifically this week I was to be seen for a motor vehicle claim and I could not get through on the phone to schedule, so I sent a message via MyChart with the accident information and insurance. I was hit by another driver and his insurance is covering my repairs. I provided that claim number and was not contacted about specifics of the insurance. It’s my first time here. Easy check in and the people in the reception were nice and polite. Nurse S (?) is a delight and professional and so is the Doctor that saw me. Thank you. It was a great experience!
