It’s my first time here. Easy check in and the people in the reception were nice and polite. Nurse S (?) is a delight and professional and so is the Doctor that saw me. Thank you. It was a great experience!

I had a pleasant experience at my new patient visit today. It took a while to get an appointment to establish care, but that's expected with most primary care clinics when we're in a decades long physician shortage.The gentleman working the front desk was very professional and kind and I got checked in quickly. The MA was also very friendly and professional. My blood pressure was abnormally elevated but she took the time to repeat this after I had time to settle down. Dr. Shatsky saw me within about 15 minutes of my appointment time which is great for a doctor's office and he took the time to help me come up with reasonable plans for my concerns.

As Sunset Medical Practice Group, this was a fantastic clinic. Ever since it became a Providence office I've been unable to get appointments with my doctor or ANY doctor/np within a reasonable amount of time- I have to wait at least 2-3 weeks for even an URGENT matter. No same-day appointments have ever been available, and when I call the staff has always told me to "just go to one of our immediate care facilities" despite it costing me more money. And speaking of calling, hold times have become ridiculous (average of 10 minutes or longer.)I've been seeing my doctor for literally 15 years and I can't even get in to see her.
