Very thankful for their expertise and knowledge of the spine problems, and how to resolve them. This year I had 2 procedures for my spine; one laminectomy and a fusion. I am able to walk pain free. Very thankful to J. Rafe Sales M.D. and team.
Dr. Sales and his staff are amazing! They couldn’t have done better job from the process of scheduling- post op. They are very easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions along the way. They provided the highest quality care I have ever received. I am truly thankful for the receptionist, nurses, and Doctors I couldn’t have found a better team.
The best. His office staff and PAs Kolten and Sean are both amazing as well as his surgery scheduler Cindy. Im only 31. I’ve know them 4 years now. Started with my lower back in 2020. Got stimulator placed by Dr Sales in August 2023 to help with my lower back and it’s been so nice having relief from that. Fast forward to end of November 2023 and my neck started bothering me badly. Took a bit to get primary care Dr to get further imaging ordered because they wanted me to do pt first which that was just a waste of time. Saw Dr Sales and Kolten at end of April and had acdf surgery June 3rd. Him and his staff are always amazing at answering your questions. They never seem rushed.
