Providence gateway urgent care has been my go to for serious urgent issues that if left untreated could cause significant complications. The wait time is always reasonable and staff are knowledgeable and respectful.
My visit to Gateway urgent care was just fine. My wait time was under the 2 hour mark they predicted. Matter off fact I was done and leaving at the 2 hour mark. Everyone I with from check in to Dr, were very nice and professional.My choice in Urgent Care. I'm so appreciative of everyone's hard work and dedication to their chosen profession, especially in these trying times we're living in , it can be hard to stay focused on the job at hand while possibly dealing with your own problems. Thank you for your continued service.
This was my very first time visiting Providence Immediate Care - Gateway. The reception was warm and it didn't take too long before I was able to see the doctor who was kind and asked questions to investigate why I was seeking help. I did some tests and those too were done promptly. The results were not conclusive but overall had a pleasant experience.
