My visit to Gateway urgent care was just fine. My wait time was under the 2 hour mark they predicted. Matter off fact I was done and leaving at the 2 hour mark. Everyone I with from check in to Dr, were very nice and professional.My choice in Urgent Care. I'm so appreciative of everyone's hard work and dedication to their chosen profession, especially in these trying times we're living in , it can be hard to stay focused on the job at hand while possibly dealing with your own problems. Thank you for your continued service.
This was my very first time visiting Providence Immediate Care - Gateway. The reception was warm and it didn't take too long before I was able to see the doctor who was kind and asked questions to investigate why I was seeking help. I did some tests and those too were done promptly. The results were not conclusive but overall had a pleasant experience.

I have been using the Gateway Immediate Care for over twenty years. I have always been treated wi to respect and gotten the best care.
Gateway Immediate Care helped find my daughter’s heart condition. Her PCP said she had asthma, IC saw her in distress and sent her to Randall Children’s. If not for them I don’t know if we would have ever gotten a correct diagnosis.
I highly recommend the providers at Gateway.
