Dr Paul has been great and always listens to me and gives me the care that I need. HOWEVER I can never get through on the phone, which is a big problem when I have lots of health issues coming up that need attention. I’ve not had this problem with any other Providence clinic. Someone needs to address this problem.

One of the best PCP’s we have ever had. We are in our 70’s and left The Mayo Clinic to be here.

Great Doctor. But Providence is horrible.

We call the number no one picks up. Stayed on cue from 8:00 to 9:36 am and no one picks up. I was 12 on cue. Who do you call to get a receptionist to respond when you just found that you are Covid-19 positive and can’t tell your medical team.

Terrible service when it comes to your prescription refills! You call the care team and very generic answers are provided. Constant mixed up on submitting your prescription to the Pharmacy. On multiple occasdions I have updated my pharmacy info and my prescriptions are still sent to the incorrect Pharmacy. This is my second time going without medicayoon due to Care Team B dropping the ball!

Recently had a great phone conversation with Tamika, she was empathetic, patient, and listened! What great patient care, she was awesome

Ridiculously long waiting time on the phone. Had to wait over 1.5 hours to speak to someone when there were only 2 people ahead of me

Dr. Linda hungaford is a GOOD doctor... If you are on the fence about her let this be your tipping point. I am so greatful of this woman.

[Update] Providence has just informed me that they may take up to 18 months to bill for services provided. On a related note, they are also currently being sued in multiple states for their billing practices. They didn't inform me of that second part, but the Googles have a ton on it. I really like my provider, but - confused as to why I keep getting bills every few months even though I haven't had a visit or video visit in over 12 months now - I just inspected my most recent bill and realized it's for a video visit, and I haven't had a video visit since mid-2021. I'm pretty mad, because I know this is going to mean that I have to burn hours of my life wrangling phone systems to address this, if it even gets addressed, and because of how U.S. medical billing works in this country, the chances of this Providence-generated fiasco impacting my credit score are pretty good. So like, for the sake of my credit score I should probably just pay this $200 bill, but then what stops them from turning around and creating another fake bill next month? As a medical provider, one of your jobs is to have a billing system that works. It shouldn't be the customer's job to audit you, particularly not with how dangerous medical debt can be in the U.S. Your customers have to be able to trust you. I trusted Providence, and paid these weird bills because I assumed they were keeping their house in order, and it looks like that trust has been misplaced. Kaiser would NEVER. I wish my current employer offered Kaiser. I'll update this review if the pain of fixing this turns out to be minimal and my credit score isn't impacted.
